The Moon and the Whale

This piece was made specifically for the love of my life, and based upon a dream she once had. The imagery of the moon and the albino whale are quite specific to her lucid vision of a sea-bound companion bringing her comfort until it became a dazzling display of lights, drifting up into the night like fairy embers and becoming the moon itself. (The perfect sort of subject for an illustration, in my opinion).
